Dr. Donovan Smalls II is a dynamic and visionary educational leader with over a decade of teaching and leadership experience. As a dedicated educator, author, and school leadership coach, his mission is to prepare and empower aspiring school leaders with the confidence and skills needed to land their first leadership role. By providing strategic guidance and personalized coaching, Dr. Smalls II helps future school leaders enhance their capacity to drive impactful instructional change, close leadership gaps, and build resilient, forward-thinking educational communities.

Dr. Smalls II earned a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership & Management from Drexel University, a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from Virginia State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Exercise Science Teaching from The College of New Jersey. Additionally, Dr. Smalls II has earned a Business Management Essentials certificate from Cornell University.
