John Roberts, born in the market town of Banbury, UK, now resides in Southampton with his wife and son. Since relocating in 1999, he has carved a career as a freelance writer since 2008, balancing his passion for storytelling with his role as a night-shift worker at a local supermarket. A devoted Newcastle United FC supporter and Formula 1 enthusiast, John channels his energy into crafting compelling narratives.

His adult crime fiction series, The Blake Langford Adventures, follows Special Branch agent Blake Langford, a complex hero navigating personal struggles while risking his life for his country. Four novels and six short stories are available on Amazon and at major bookstores.
