Tammy Pfaff followed her dream to write after many years as a graphic artist and raising her four children. She is a 2012 Guideposts Workshop Winner and writes nonfiction for publications such as Guideposts magazines and Chicken Soup for the Soul.
Her new book, Standing on Firm Ground: for those who suffer from depression and their caregivers, became available on Amazon in February 2020. Pfaff overcame the depths of despair in her battle with depression. She knows firsthand what it is like to suffer from this debilitating illness and how to survive and overcome. With over 25 years of experience dealing with depression, she has mastered the tools along with the ins and outs of this crippling medical condition. She has also lead support groups for depression and has been a caregiver to many who struggle with depression and anxiety. Her goal is to help others who struggle with depression and anxiety as well as their caregivers, find success in recovery and maintain a healthy mind.
