Cuan Mulligan

Cuan is a digital transformation executive who has led and worked on some of the largest transformation programmes in Europe over the last 15 years across TMT, online retail, gambling, banking and government. A digital native with an engineering background, he has held transformation leadership roles in successful large-scale agile adoptions, organization design and digital transformations that have positively impacted thousands of people.

His obsession is around changing how companies change.

When not helping organizations bring about lasting change, Cuan enjoys spending time with his wife, Sonia, and their two sons, Antonio and Tiago.
