Denis Besnard

Denis Besnard (PhD) is a trained ergonomist. He conducts training, consultancy and conferencing in safety critical industries. Since 2012, he has been a Human Factors expert at the Institute for a Safety Culture in the Industry (Toulouse, France). Since 2018, he has run a freelance scientific coachnig business for academic writers and researchers (mondirecteurderecherche.fr). From 2007 to 2012, Denis Besnard was a reseach associate at the Research Center for Risks and Crises at Mines ParisTech. From 2000 to 2006, he was a research associate at Newcastle University (UK).
