John Franklin Graham

John has a Mechanical Engineering Degree as well as an Executive MBA. His career experience includes engineering in the Oil and Petrochemical Industries and executive management in manufacturing.

John Graham is the author of The Magic of ISO 9000 published by ASQ along with 2 other books on productivity.

As the President of Frontline Resources, Inc. for over 25 years, he has guided the implementation of numerous ISO 9001 certifications across North America.

He lives in the Houston, Texas area. He speaks Spanish and also enjoys playing guitar in a local band.
