Natasha Hampton is the new dynamic voice in the arena of thought leadership and women's empowerment. An award winning public administrator, affectionately known as Ms. Red Bottoms, Natasha was raised in Miami's Liberty City, a primarily African American inner city neighborhood where expectations for success was low. She started her municipal career in an entry level clerical position that sparked her desire to become a female leader in the field of Public Administration. Natasha did the work and skillfully climbed her way to achieve such positions as Acting City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Human Resource in Florida and North Carolina.

Natasha Hampton was named one of South Florida's 50 Most Powerful and Influential Leaders, and has been recognized as a March of Dimes Woman of Distinction. She is the proud Mom of three and currently resides in North Carolina.
