مجید جعفری اقدم مترجم ، نویسنده و شاعر خوش ذوق ایرانی تحصیلکرده ادبیات انگلیسی و زبانشناسی از دانشگاه تهران -ایران است که تاکنون ۲۴ کتاب ترجمه، تالیف و شعر و همچنین صدها مقاله در موضوعات فرهنگی و ادبی از او منتشر شده است. اولین اثر ترجمه او با عنوان ؛هند مستقل در سال ۱۳۸۲ منتشر و مورد استقبال قرار گرفت. ترجمه کتاب های نوید معجزه، ازدواج سفید، خاطرات یک گربه و ..... از جمله آثار او می باشد که در دهه نود منتشر شده اند. از مهمترین آثار تالیفی او می توان به کتاب های : سیستم های نوشتاری جهان، الفباهای جهان و خط ها در جهان اشاره کرد.

جعفری اقدم در حوزه مدیریت فرهنگی و ترجمه نیز سابقه موفق و طولانی دارد و در سال ۲۰۱۸ به عنوان مدیر برتر امور ترجمه از طرف انجمن مترجمان کشور انتخاب شد.

اشعار جعفری اقدم از پختگی و وارستگی برخوردار است و او تلاش می کند لحظات روحانی و عرفانی خود زا در قالب روایت با مخاطبینش به اشتراک بگذارد.

جعفری اقدم هم اکنون با خانواده اش در تهران و استانبول ترکیه زندگی می کند و مدیرعامل آژانس ادبی و ترجمه پل می باشد.

دفتر دوم مجموعه اشعار او در آینده ایی نزدیک منتشر خواهد شد.

Majid Jafari Aghdam is a talented Iranian translator, writer, and poet of taste, educated in English literature and linguistics at the University of Tehran in Iran. So far, he has published 24 books including translation, authorship, and poetry, as well as hundreds of articles on cultural and literary topics. His first translation, Independent India, was published in 2003 and was well received. His other translation works include books such as Promise of Miracle, White Marriage, Memories of a Cat, etc. that have been published in the 2010s. Some of his most important authored works are books such as World Writing Systems, World Alphabets, Scripts of the World.

Jafari Aghdam also has a long and successful history in the field of cultural and translation management and was selected as the top director of translation affairs by the country’s association of translators in 2018.

Jafari Aghdam poems are mature and enlightened, and he tries to share his spiritual and mystical moments with his audience in the form of a narrative.

Jafari Aghdam currently lives with his family in Tehran and Istanbul, Turkey; moreover, he is the CEO of the Pol Literary & Translation Agency.
