Melissa Hedrick

My name is Melissa Hedrick and I am married to Bobby Hedrick, who is the best husband in the entire world! We are both from St. Louis, Missouri, but we currently live in southern Iowa where I am a stay at home wife/mother/homeschooler. Bobby was called to preach during a message preached by Dr. Tom Farrell at the Spiritual Leadership Conference in Lancaster, California in June of 2013. We currently lead the youth group in our church, and it has become our passion!

We have three beautiful children whom we adopted on October 3, 2017. Dannie, 14 years old, is our independent, obedient, `wants to please everyone` daughter. Logan, who recently turned 12 years old, is our tender-hearted, bold, `will give the shirt off his back to anyone` son. Harlie is almost 10 years old (going on 20) and is our outspoken, fun-loving, `not afraid of anyone` daughter. We are active members in our church, First Baptist Church of Seymour, Iowa, under the leadership of Pastor Micaiah Stanley.

I am so excited about my new journey of writing! My prayer is that: 1. My writings glorify the Lord above all else, for He is the one who has given me the ability. 2. They will be a blessing to all who read them.
