Thanks for stopping by my author page, my name is Stephen Joseph and I write about what I know – Sales.

I have spent a career in sales spanning more than 20 years, I have worked in E commerce, recruitment, travelling sales, account management, business development, and my specialist areas telephone sales and sales management.

I shoot from the hip and speak from the heart; my work is always easy to read and delivered in a conversational style – I often get comments to say that its like reading advise from a friend.

Its fair to say that writing costs far more than it makes and so I genuinely write as a way of passing on the lessons I have learned, so I love it when my readers get in touch with story’s about how my book has helped them.

My first book Secure, Survive, Thrive, How to Get into Recruitment, Survive your Probation Period and Smash your Targets in Your First 12 Months! Has now been out in paperback and eBook format for more than 6 months, it has sold across the world including Australia, Canada, India, and all across Europe and has been featured on prestigious podcasts such as The Recruitment Rollercoaster Podcast and has held its own against big names in the top ten for one reason, the advise and content is real and useful.
