Cassandra Peters

First Lady Cassandra Peters was born into a military family in Honolulu, HI. Reassignment brought her stateside as a young child and she lived in a variety of areas, including Little Rock, Arkansas, Maryland and Mississippi.

As she reached young adulthood, she participated in Job Corps (1994-1997) and worked in several fast food franchises, which gave her a deep insight into customer service. This experience helped her when she became a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant. She has worked in several assisted living facilities over the years, including Mill Creek Rehabilitation Center in Picayune, MS, which led to her experiences as the mentor to a young man working at Winn Dixie.

While attending the Rivers of Living Waters Church in Gulfport, MS, Cassandra felt the callings of ministry and began to pursue learning in that realm. Vision of the Elohim certified her as an Evangelist in 2015. In 2017, she received her certification as an Elder in the organization and by 2018 she had been ordained as a Pastor.

Her commitment to answer God’s calling has led her to serve and teach. She and her husband, Pastor Jimmy Peters, met while she was studying and serving. They lead the Peters Memorial Ministries in Poplarville, MS, where they minister to a diverse group of residents of all ages.

Transformation is Cassandra’s first book, as she seeks to share the story of what God has done in her life and can do in yours. Connect with her on Facebook at the Peters Memorial Ministries page.
