For over 15 years, she has guided leaders, managers, and dynamic teams through transformational coaching, executive programmes, and practical behavioural frameworks. Alongside her coaching practice, she hosts the popular podcast Mental Wealth, offering accessible insights to help listeners invest in their minds and build mental resilience.

Alison is the author of the acclaimed A Path Travelled series, including A Path Travelled: How to Make Sense of Your Life and A Path Travelled: How to Make Sense of Relationships praised as simple, solution-oriented roadmaps for navigating life's complexities.

Her latest book, Get Real in Leadership, brings her signature "real-talk" approach and neuroscience-backed insights to the workplace. Centred on the REAL methodology, the book equips leaders, managers, and team members with brain-based strategies to replace workplace friction with psychological safety, genuine connection, and human-first leadership.
