H. C. Dill

H. C. Dill was born in 1984. She grew up in Stoke on Trent, lived in Manchester as a young adult, and now lives in Aberdeen, Scotland, with her husband and two sons. She works in Christian Chaplaincy, alongside her writing career, and particularly enjoys working with young people in schools and community spaces.

Having been a 'looked after' child, H. C. Dill has a particular heart for children and young people who are in care, or who are care-experienced and looking to make their way in the world. She enjoys both hearing and telling stories, and is keen to encourage young writers develop their craft.
