Rebecca Kimbel

Rebecca Kimbel was born and raised in Polygamy. She managed to escape the cult and her abusive husband with her six children, and build a new life with many accomplishments under her belt.

She became an accomplished artist as an oil painter. Some of her work may be found art Fine Art America today.

She became a public speaker and Area Governor (area G11 District 57) for Toastmasters 2006-2008. In 2007 she was awarded Toastmasters International Governor of the Year and Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest award of accomplishment given.

She became an advocate for the organization Safe Kids Now and even produced her own Tv show on Humboldt Access Tv for several years. Though she has written many published newspaper articles, this is her first published book.

In keeping with her role as a mentor and role model, she had encouraged her own daughters and granddaughters to pursue their creative dreams. Daughter Cathy Jean Robertson's series of children's coloring books can be found here on Amazon.
