Ralph Moody

Ralph is an international training consultant with expertise in development, design, delivery and management of bespoke training programmes and soft skill fields. Furthermore, he is a renowned motivational speaker within the area of personal and professional development and is known for his extraordinary enthusiasm. He founded Target Training Associates www.targettrg.co.uk in 2003 specialising in areas of coaching, trainer training and management development. As an accredited master trainer, Ralph takes massive pride in seeing delegates whom he has trained go on to bigger and better things. He has studied adult human behaviour over the past 30 years and applies these skills in every session he delivers. His testimonials are legendary.

Before creating Target, Ralph had a successful career in the Royal Air Force where he met his wife (Claire) who was also a serving. In the RAF he undertook a variety of operational and management duties while in the RAF he developed a passion for human behaviour and what really motivates people.

Ralph & Claire work together, and they deliver training and coaching sessions to a worldwide audience. They have created JCRM Journals, and their mission is to significantly motivate individuals to be the best they can be using positive reflection and action.

Ralph’s number one passion in life is his family. They have one son Jack and have homes in Florida, USA and Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. He is a keen aviation enthusiast and pilot and believes that flying in his adopted home Northumbria in the UK is a dream come true.

Claire and Ralph are a great team and they are excited to see people develop and significantly improve after following their guidance.
