S.L. Funk

I am an American born author with my debut novel, 'A Nickel's Worth of Road Measles' out as of April 1, 2020.

Besides writing thrillers, in late 2020 I released the first book in a new series called “Write on Main Street” under the pen name of Stevie Lynne. This series is a humorous, tongue in cheek look at small town life and the people who make those small towns special.

My writing credentials include stints as a journalist and a magazine writer. My work has been published both locally and nationally.

My education includes a degree in Creative and Journalistic Writing from UMASS. I am also a member of Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime.

On a personal level, I am an amateur automobile road racer, competing with the Sports Car Club of America at venues all across the United States. I compete in H Production in a Honda CRX, a car we built ourselves.

I am also a neophyte motorcycle racer with the United States Classic Racing Association. I am racing a 1971 Honda cb 350 in Formula cb 350 and Lightweight Supervintage. I also plan on racing a Honda ns 50 in the 50cc race class.
