Sophie is a home nutritionist, recipe creator and a French-taught cook based in green Vermont. A professional chef for over 15 years, Sophie is a passionate foodie and her areas of expertise are expanding every year. She is the creator of a series of books dedicated to the most popular kitchen appliances. The more - the better, that's why Sophie works on new recipes every day delivering tasty wholesome nutrition to those who have no time to make food choices for themselves.

Cookbooks started as a passion project for Sophie while she continued with her corporate work. As the popularity of her recipes grew, Sophie decided to focus on them full time. She develops and tests her recipes together with her husband Danny, a self-taught home cook and the biggest salsas fan. Sophie is a writer, photographer, and mastermind behind each recipe while Danny eagerly offers his taster services whenever he's needed.
