Michael Edward is the founder of a service design practice in Atlanta, GA, resident business mentor at Tech Square Labs, Co-Founder TeachX, Education Expert at Microsoft, published author and speaker. He also is the founder of Bespeak, a human-centered solution for city voting and community engagement. As a strategist, designer, and educator, Michael champions the interdisciplinary multi-faceted nature of design. Over the past fourteen years, he has worked with many iconic brands including Xerox, The National Museum of African American Music, The Weather Channel, Voya Financial, Coca-Cola and Bloomingdales. He also just completed managing brand decisions for Pittsburgh Yards, a development along the Atlanta Beltline spearheaded by the Annie Casey Foundation.
Michael received his bachelor's at Alabama State University in Graphic Design. He also received a double master's at The Savannah College of Art and Design in Advertising and Design Management with a focus on social and corporate innovation.
