Charlese Milford

Born in Chas, SC. I have at last fulfilled my lifelong dream to become a writer. I am the mother to three adult daughters, a Certified Master Life Coach, and the host of my very own podcast "Charlese Presents." My debut novel "The Bricks That Built She" was release in April 2019. The story is structured around the many lives within my community. I believe that we all have a story to tell and I was able to share multiple voices of the unheard including my own.

I've written several short stories and will be releasing my second novel "And The Beat Goes On" in August 2022. My goal in becoming a writer is to highlight the multifacets within the Black community. I am a storyteller and I like to speak my truth through my writings. I strive to entertain and provide wisdom with each story I create. When I'm not working on my next novel my daughters Ka'Daisha, Alesia, and Jolese co-host my podcast alongside me. We are currently reformatting the show to allow opportunities to highlight more current events affecting our world as a whole.

My ultimate goal is to apply what I've learned as an author and CMLC to become a motivational speaker who helps people break generational curses and heal from trauma.
