De'Broada Cornelius

DeBroada Cornelius is an author, poet, and leadership strategist whose work explores emotional mastery, identity, and the courage it takes for a woman to come home to herself.

A retired Senior Executive with more than 35 years of federal service and human resource leadership, her work is rooted in a powerful trifecta — emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and conscious leadership — the very forces that reshaped her life and now form the foundation of the SheRISE philosophy she teaches today.

She is the author of My Way: Finding My Way Back to Me, Purple Dark Poetry, and True Fan Poetry. DeBroada holds degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, and Organizational Leadership.

She believes there is a Sweet Spot in every woman's life — where experience becomes wisdom, and leadership rises from within.
