Carmela Bruno

Carmela Bruno, whose parents emigrated from Italy in 1955, was born and raised in Toronto, the city which is the inspiration for her book. The Littlest Gosling of Grenadier Pond marks her debut as a children's author. As an educator, she shared her love of children's literature with her young students for over 30 years. Carmela Bruno lives in Ontario with her family and their cutest dog ever, Toby.
