She has decades of experience helping executives lead their people through workplace changes. She coaches leaders to bring out the full potential of employees by adopting a warm demander leadership style.

Colleen's Warm Demander Leadership framework is featured in "Get Gen Z into the Game" and along with her Be-Social Method framework. Both frameworks are part of her her workshop series “How Wrigley Field Made Me a Better Networker” that she has delivered since 2016.
