David Binelli writes stories that range from rural and urban fantasy to quiet children's tales.

He's the author of John Ryder and the Incredible Golden Pond, Full Moon Rising, Briar – A Fight for Survival, and the children's favourites Becca the Bumble Bee and Jack's Day Out in the Park.

David lives in the historic city of York, North Yorkshire, where his other passion is repairing sewing machines, a craft he has practiced as long as he has been telling stories. He's 64 and shows no sign of slowing down on either front.
