Cindy Warner

Cindy Warner, MSHR, ACC is Founder and President of Professional Executive Coaching. A former director of learning and development with 20+ years of talent building and keynote speaking experience, Cindy is best known for her authentic and empowering style that sparks potential, optimizes individual strengths, builds nimble, engaged and empowered organizational cultures, and overcomes barriers with efficiency and fun. Cindy is an expert executive coach with clients from young professionals to C-suite executives, and a dynamic, inspiring, and sought-after keynote speaker. Her clients build more effective relationships and lead with higher self-awareness and confidence. She frequently incorporates work with horses to create transformational experiential learning for her clients.

Cindy is a certified ICF coach and has a master’s degree in Human Resources from Marquette University. She is a qualified equine assisted coach, and is an adjunct professor at the Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College. Cindy has multiple credentials in learning design, facilitation, organization development and talent management.
