The founder of Proper Books Publishing, Jo mentors authors for single and coauthor books on topics of social consciousness, leadership, wellbeing and growth. Proper Books include international bestselling book, 'Women Leading', men's mental health experiences shared in 'Being Fine' and 'Silver Linings', positive stories from kockdown.

Jo is the patron and trustee of Soul Sisters Empowering People UK and founder of the Lilith Foundation guiding mothers on a global scale, to grow their own enterprise.

A professional speaker on the subjects of clearing trauma, the soul, purpose and entrepreneuralism Jo is also involved with Safehaven, a project for vulnerable and homeless men in Sussex.

She writes songs and is in a band, feels at home in California, and swears by yoga .
