Magda Jozsa

Magda is an author and registered nurse living in Melbourne, Australia. She's a huge Sherlock Holmes fan and initially started writing Sherlock Holmes pastiches (as seen in her 5 Sherlock Holmes books). She started writing when she was fifteen, and had her first short story published in a woman's magazine.

Her first published book is the prize winning God's Disciple - a nursing thriller, based on her long experience as a nurse with a bit of creative licence- after all you really wouldn't want your nurse to behave like the characters in her book. Her passion is for mysteries, so subsequently her Neptune King series was born. These books are as addictive for the author as they are for her readers, as you can't just read one. There are now 33 books in this series. She is well known for her wicked sense of humour and this comes through in her writing, making all her work an enjoyable read and 'feel good' experience. She loves writing just for the sheer joy of telling and sharing stories.

In this current climate of Covid19 fear, and with her being on the front line, it is writing and humour that maintains her sanity and strength in face of stress and heavy workloads.
