Chris Wanamaker

Chris Wanamaker, a 20-year veteran of the IT industry, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Business Technology Services, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Also known as GeeksHD, his business, a Managed Services company, offers a range of security and managed technology solutions to business clients who range in size from 10 to 500 employees.

Chris began his career serving the consumer market as a consultant and, using the knowledge he gained, formed his first Managed Services company in the mid 2000’s. Chris’ laser targeted focus on securing systems and networks coupled with his desire to educate clients on the threat landscape and how to protect themselves was the driving force behind his continued growth.

Today, Chris works with business owners to help them navigate the complex security landscape. From better understanding their compliance requirements to developing a security-first mindset through policies, training programs and managed security solutions. Chris’ passion is to build solutions to problems others couldn’t solve and improve efficiencies in complex environments. His belief is that true partnerships are built on the results of actions and making every interaction a win-win situation.
