Cliff Flamer

Cliff Flamer is a former Silicon Valley recruiter turned award-winning, nationally certified Career Counselor and World's Best Resume Writer (yes, that's a thing). Cliff graduated at the top of his class with an MS in Career Counseling from San Francisco State University. He earned his BA in English from Tufts University, where he discovered a love affair with writing. Cliff's first favorite job was for a beloved bookstore in San Francisco. His second vocation was as a recruiter - a fortuitous career move that inspired his later founding of BrightSide Resumes, where he's served thousands of U.S. job seekers in all aspects of their work. Cliff loves empowering people to be themselves and be successful at the same time, which is the impetus behind his writing and his practice... and why he has a karaoke lounge in his basement.
