Mark W. Sickles

Mark W. Sickles, an author, inventor, interdisciplinary pioneer, and organizational architect, is CEO of SuperOrg, Inc. Using the SuperOrg methodology, Mark has created billions of dollars of shareholder value as a senior executive and management consultant to corporate leaders for multiple firms in multiple industry sectors. He has extensive leadership experience in corporate governance and board director education serving as the Founding CEO, Chairman, and Chairman Emeritus of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Chairman of the MENA Region Corporate Governance Congress, and Strategic Governance Fellow at the Governance & Accountability Institute. Mark also served as an instructor at Rutgers University, Singapore Institute of Management, and American Management Association, and has presented to board directors and CEOs of member banks of the California Bankers Association. He is currently a mentor to CEOs for Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and Pacific Community Ventures, and an advisor at Blue Warriors, LLC whose purpose is to reverse climate change.

Mark authored three books: Shareholder Value Assurance, Strategic Governance, and The SuperOrg Way. He is widely published in journals including Directors Monthly, Directors & Boards, Investor Relations Update, Financial Executives International, and Human Resource Executive, and has been a contributor to Financial Times. Mark is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a M.S. degree from Rutgers, has successfully completed the Series 7 general securities exam, and is a licensed insurance agent.
