About Mark F. Bingham
Mark F. Bingham is an entrepreneur, author, and former British Army Physical Training Instructor (PTI) dedicated to turning complex human challenges into practical, zero-fluff blueprints.
With over 40 years of experience living and working across Europe, combined with nearly a decade observing human behaviour under extreme physical and mental pressure in the military, Mark learned a fundamental truth: resilience and calm are not things you are born with—they are biological skills you build through habit.
Throughout his life, Mark has integrated his military understanding of human mechanics with decades of exploring holistic practices, self-development, and trauma response. He doesn't write academic theory. Instead, he focuses on what actually works in the trenches of real life.
In his latest release, The Calm Parent series, Mark tackles the chaos of child-rearing. When a traumatized four-year-old girl arrived on his doorstep in Wales, he quickly realized standard parenting advice was useless under pressure. Applying his background in stress regulation, he developed a tactical, step-by-step system to help families replace yelling with anchored authority.
Whether he is writing about family dynamics, personal development, or mastering your own mindset, Mark’s mission remains the same: to cut through the fluff and deliver actionable, real-world strategies that empower people to regain control and rebuild their baseline.
Mark lives in the UK and continues to draw on his diverse world experiences to create tools, books, and journals that solve real problems.
