Adam Brady

Adam Brady has been on a path of spiritual exploration for more than three decades, with extensive training in yoga, meditation, martial arts, and mind-body well-being. A certified Gaja Collective educator, he is trained as a well-being coach, meditation and yoga instructor, and Ayurvedic lifestyle teacher. Adam has taught in private sessions, group classes, corporate programs, and large-scale destination retreats.

He holds a B.A. from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, and is the author of The Path to Stillness: A Meditator’s Guide and Warrior of Light: A Martial Arts Fable. Adam has also published more than 80 articles on yoga, meditation, and holistic well-being. For over a decade, he has worked with hundreds of private and corporate clients, helping them tap into their own capacity for stillness, resilience, peace, and healing through a consciousness-based approach to living.

In addition to his work in yoga and meditation, Adam is a certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instructor, a certified Jeet Kune Do and Functional Fitness instructor, and holds a 1st-degree black belt in To Shin Do and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He teaches regular yoga and meditation classes alongside private martial arts instruction and is a frequently requested speaker for corporate wellness programs and events.

Adam lives and teaches in Orlando, Florida, where he also serves as a Well-Being Manager for a Fortune 100 company.
