Career History:

Awarded a commission by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Nick served in worldwide locations as a communications guru; an engineer and mental strengthening expert. Nick has first-hand appreciation and detailed knowledge of why some people deliver under pressure and others do not.

In 2000, following retirement as a Squadron Leader from the RAF, Nick worked with corporate, government and professional sports organisations and individuals delivering success and a competitive edge. His soon to be published book, The Destiny Paradigm, details his programme methodology. In the past year, Nick has worked extensively in the USA delivering his programme mainly through online conferences and webinars, which enable him to get his message across to a wider audience.

Nick delivers stories and case studies from his career and talks about the highs and lows of achievement. Nick links the lessons he has learnt to improve any aspect of your life or business. In a world where the smallest margins are the difference between failure and success, this man can explain exactly what it needs to take organisations and individuals to deliver that winning edge.

Accomplishments: (All of these are talks in their own right!)

• Designed and developed Organisational Neurology ™ as a paradigm shift in

organisational effectiveness and an alternative to organisational transformation

programmes.

• Soon to be published author of “The Destiny Paradigm”.

• Working with the UN, I led the construction and setting up of a refugee camp in Somalia.

Initially built for 2000 people we were coping with 20,000 refugees within 3 months.

• Supported the prevention of genocide in Bosnia, following a last minute call directly from

then Prime Minister, John Major, by setting up a fully supported flying operation in

Southern Italy within 2 days.

• As Programme Director, I led EU Exit preparations for the UK government.

• Delivered an £8 Billion merger for two of the country’s largest social housing

organisations.

• Led several corporate transformation programmes across sectors in the UK and USA

• Delivered performance enhancement with world-class professional footballers, golfers and

tennis players.

• 20 years in the RAF leaving as Squadron Leader – Commissioned by Her Majesty Queen

Elizabeth II – I led worldwide operations in very difficult circumstances.
