Eve Grzybowski

Eve Grzybowski is one of Australia’s best-known and beloved Yoga teachers. She has been practicing yoga for 40 years and teaching for over 30. After intensive training in the Iyengar method under Martyn Jackson Eve went on to develop her own personal style of Yoga with an emphasis on love, compassion and trust. She founded two successful yoga studios in Sydney. Her first book, Teach Yourself Yoga was published in 1997. In recent years Eve has concentrated on training Yoga teachers and deepening her understanding of Yoga therapy. Eve now lives in country NSW and teaches in a small Yoga Shed on her property.
