Shaun Bailey was born in the beautiful city of San Diego and grew up in the bustling desert oasis of Las Vegas. He is a proud son of the Southwest and enjoys the beach, the desert, and the mountains. After spending several years living in western Michigan, he and his family have adopted the Great Lakes as a second home, and have added fresh lakes and forests to their list of favorite places.
Shaun has enjoyed studying scripture since he was old enough to read, and his books and writing reflect a deep love for religious topics and his devotion to the teachings of Jesus Christ. His is not a blind faith, but a wide-eyed wonder of the great plan of God and His daily involvement in the lives of His children. He sees a divine pattern in his relationship with his amazing wife and beautiful daughters, and believes the family is truly ordained of God.
In addition to religious and literary pursuits, Shaun also enjoys the world of business and entrepreneurship. He believes that business is one of the most under-appreciated disciplines in the world, and has the weighty potential to bless or curse all mankind. A good business manager is, in many ways, as important as a good doctor or a good priest, and often has more impact on the daily lives of individuals and families.
Interesting facts: Shaun is 6'4" tall, a card-carrying member of the Potawatomi Nation, and a composer of dozens of piano pieces and vocal arrangements. He has patented a bingo game, scaled several mountains, and served as a missionary in Peru.
