Muzzammil Ali

Dr Muzzammil Ali is a Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine, Acute Internal Medicine, and General Internal Medicine at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. A graduate of the University of Birmingham, he holds MRCP(UK), MRCP(UK) (Acute Medicine), and Fellowship of the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FFICM).

He is a nationally recognised medical educator and the creator of @mrcpfacts, a verified Instagram platform dedicated to MRCP revision, followed by over 40,000 worldwide. His work focuses on delivering high-yield, exam-focused education that is clinically relevant and practical.

Dr Ali is the author of multiple postgraduate medical textbooks, including MRCP Facts, Passing the Final FFICM, and Key Trials in Intensive Care Medicine, with further titles in publication. Alongside his publishing work, he is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Birmingham, a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Plymouth, and a member of the national committee for Focused Acute Medicine Ultrasound (FAMUS). He remains actively involved in postgraduate training, ultrasound education, and exam preparation, helping trainees approach postgraduate exams with clarity and confidence.
