Virginia Hernández (1967), is a painter and writer, better known as Luna Rosa. She fled from her country leaving a violent and forced marriage by an environment of power. She took refuge in Paris in 2002, to rebuild herself from zero and offer her children a different cultural model. However, she does not get rid of violence. She also discovers violence as a foreigner and an artist elsewhere. Art and writing become her vectors of healing during her life journey in Europe. Tools to denounce violence too.
Installed in Belgium since 2012, Luna Rosa published her trilogy in 2018 "Wings of Freedom without Victimization" , to denounce and bear witness to the extent of violence against migrant women in the world.
An altruistic work begins: weaving wings of freedom in sorority towards the path of dignity.
