Hedi Aguiar

Hedi Aguiar the Founding Principal of Fundamental Roots. She is passionate about facilitating soft skills, such as communication, cross-cultural communication, physician communication, and how to manage one's sphere of control. As a TCK (Third Culture Kid), due to her international upbringing and frequent moves, Hedi had to learn to employ many soft skills to quickly adapt to her ever-changing environments. As a healthcare professional, Hedi has extensive experience in working the the healthcare environment where these various skills are much needed. She also worked in leadership roles, which included filling the role of the Senior Director of Programs for a national organization. She has served on and led multiple national workgroups and councils and presented nationally and internationally.
