With more than thirty years of legal experience, Wendy Williams Whiteman is an attorney that devotes her practice to Elder Law, Medicaid Services, Asset Preservation, and Estate Planning. Her personal experience of caring for her mother for the past ten years has deepened her commitment to her practice in Elder Law and given her the desire to help other families with similar challenges beyond the apparent legal issues. Wendy’s hope is that her book can help to navigate the sometimes fearful and emotional process of dealing with aging parents. Life is precious at every stage, so it becomes our call to assist the elderly in adapting to their greatest season.
