Sailaja Manacha

Sailaja Manacha is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from ICF, a psychologist, and a teacher of psychotherapy. She is the founder of Physis, an organization which is involved in leadership coaching and leadership training in corporates. She also coaches using the Hogan Personality Inventories for coaching senior leaders. She has extensively worked with companies like Siemens, Adobe, Cerner, Cisco, Honeywell, Infosys, etc. Her programs and coaching methods are human-centric, engaging, and relatable. Her work blends psychology, awareness-based practices, and practical aspects of management and leading. She has facilitated a large number of leaders to build their impact and influence with stakeholders.

Her best-selling book Step Up, is written for women leaders who wish to tap into their latent powers and expand their potential to take up challenging roles. Sailaja believes that the world today is in immense need of feminine energy and that women are a potent and powerful presence in managing teams, organizations, and social projects.

Sailaja resides in Bangalore with her family and is involved in speaker events, seminars, conducting panel discussions and workshops in addition to teaching psychotherapy.
