Kathy Hicks

Kathy has been married for thirty-three years to her husband, Lloyd; and they have five children, four boys and one girl, that range in age of fourteen to thirty.

Lloyd and Kathy have enjoyed homeschooling their children since their oldest son started 2nd grade. They are so thankful to be teaching them about God's word throughout their lives.

Psalms 119:105 says, "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path." Kathy truly believes that there is no problem that can't be solved through searching God's word!

Kathy's children's series, Marley's Grand Adventures, is based on their family dog, Marley. In the books, Marley goes on trips with his family and meets lots of new friends. He learns how to relate scripture from the KJV Bible to each situation that he finds himself in.

Kathy's book, Simply Believe, is her story of praying for the children that she desired and trusting that in God's perfect time, He would answer! It is meant to encourage and to share how she used scripture to stand on God's promises! Simply Believe contains testimonies from others who have gone down different paths to end up in the same place...conceiving and having their hearts desire!
