Samuel Faraci is a pianist, music educator, music composer and the founder and CEO of the Harrison School of Music in Harrison, NY (Westchester County) and the New City School of Music in New City, NY (Rockland County). The schools help students of all ages reach their musical goals. At the time of this writing, over 600 students, some traveling from as far away as Kentucky, attend lessons each week at the schools in New York. The schools have received multiple awards, including several winnings of the prestigious “Best Music Lessons” award in Westchester Family Magazine. In April 2019, the schools were nominated to participate as a finalist in the national “Music School of The Year” contest in front of a panel of industry professionals from around the world in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Faraci holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Providence College, and a Masters of Music degree in Media Writing and Production from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. As an adjunct faculty member, Mr. Faraci taught courses at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and Barry University in South Florida. Mr. Faraci’s music has been featured on hit TV Shows including “Jimmy Kimmel Live”.
In addition to running the schools, Mr. Faraci is an Eagle Scout, surfer and avid concert attendee. He and his wife have two children and they love to travel.
