C. J. R. Isely

C. J. R. Isely is an American author of medieval fantasy, known for creating the expansive "World of Alamore." Her passion for fantasy, medieval history, horses, and adventure has been a lifelong pursuit.

Isely began her writing journey at a young age, penning her first full-length novel, "Ranger of Kings," at just 12 years old. This book initiated the "William of Alamore" series, which she continued to write throughout her middle and high school years, completing six books in total.

After a hiatus to pursue a business degree, Isely returned to her fantasy world. In 2020, she released "Ranger of Kings" to the public, and has since published the entire "William of Alamore" series, concluding with "Blood of the Crown" in 2024. Beyond the main series, she has also crafted standalone spin-off novels like "The Falcon and The Stag" and "Shadow of the Sword," further enriching the history and characters of Alamore.

When she's not immersed in her imaginative worlds, C. J. R. Isely resides on a ranch in Kansas. Her interests include riding and training horses, playing guitars, and engaging in DIY construction projects.
