Luigi Moio

Luigi Moio is an oenology professor at the university Federico II of Naples. Since more than 20 years he works on the sensorial, biochemical and technological processes of wine flavours.

He is author of more than 200 scientific publications on international magazines. He is a scientific expert for the agricultural policies Ministry and since 2015 he is president of the oenology commission in the OIV (international organization of vine and wine) whose headquarters are in Paris. He is academic of Georgofili and of the italian Accademy of vine and wine.
