Dr. Worley has many years of personal experience dealing with problems that plague corporations, educational institutions, professional counselors, ministries, families, and individuals. This personal experience, coupled with his extensive educational background, has earned him the reputation of being one of the best-qualified consultants and trainers in the trade today. As a result, any individual or corporation who seeks reliable consulting or training will receive the best professional services available from Worley's ID Profile.

As a Clinical Psychologist with combined pastoral, consulting, and counseling experience, Dr. Worley has tried virtually every psychological, behavioral, temperament, character, and personality questionnaire available in today's market.

I was searching for a comprehensive profile that would help corporations, educational institutions, professional counselors, ministries, families, and individuals understand themselves better and have a new understanding of their corporations, team members, coworkers, or possible new hires. The WIDP measures their temperament needs and desires in three areas of Social, Leadership, and Relationships.

What Dr. Worley got from all the tests, profiles, instruments, and questionnaires he tried were complex graphs, charts, demeaning individual labels, captivating adjectives, and minimal benefit to his clients or him. Every test certainly had its good points, but who wants to administer ten different assessments to each?

Dr. Worley's frustrations during the last four decades were that most assessments and profiles measure and focus on external behavior. The exact response approach is acceptable for focused therapy, behavioral modification, or application in a vocational setting, whether it is the mega-corporation, private individual practice, or workplace. In these situations, behavioral modification is required and, in most cases, will produce acceptable results, although the behavioral change will only be temporary. Interim results are realized because the root needs and desires of the individual have not been dealt with appropriately or entirely. Therefore, adverse behavior and conflict with coworkers and friends remain without permanent results. Instead, constant interruptions dealing with the manifestation of the adverse reaction continue to cost corporations, large or small, billions of dollars annually.

When individuals produce unacceptable behavior because their needs and desires are not met, an objective behavioral profile is not adequate to identify those problems. The physical pattern that defines one's personality based upon the current environmental focus of the individual answering the questions is defective because of the focus based on behavior and not temperament. The focus could be a spouse, significant other, boss, friend, coworker, employer, relative, or the local service station attendant. Subjective behavior determined by a profile: a profile that subjectively measures the foundational needs and desires of the individual. When needs and wants are identified and fulfilled, the personality or behavior of the person becomes healthy and acceptable instead of always conflicting with others. Dr. Worley could not locate a profile assessment that would meet the specifications of measuring a person's needs and desires based on their temperament foundation.

It is essential to realize that social interaction is influenced by those involved in the conversation. Your emotional display will reflect your preferences according to your temperaments needs and desires. So, you will react differently in a community setting than you do in a work setting or how you were at home. Why? Because we allow people in our space to form our thoughts and opinions based on how we feel and what we perceive in that situation. Therefore, we may put on a "mask" and present what we want them to see, not reflect who we are. So, you do not see the natural person. Instead, you see their Character, Personality, or Behavior. Frustrating, to say the least.

After years of research, beginning with and moving through and evaluating the most popular instruments on the market, Dr. Worley decided to develop Worley's ID Profile (WIDP). The need for this development of this new pattern became apparent after years of counseling and consulting. Dr. Worley feels that the most significant behavioral problem existing today is the lack of people understanding their primary needs and desires based on their temperament make-up.

Once you experience the WIDP temperament profile, you immediately see the tremendous benefits of the assessment printout the software program produces. It is fast, easy, economical, reliable, and dependable. Professional counselors, corporations, and individuals benefit equally.

Worley's ID Profile surpasses the assessment instruments below:

• Myers Briggs Type Indicator (M.B.T.I.)

• Taylor Johnson Temperament Analysis (T.J.T.A.)

• Personal Profile Survey (P.P.S.) (aka DiSC)

• FIRO-B - FIRO-BC

• Temperament by Tim LaHaye and Florence Littauer

• Keirsey Temperament Sorter

• Preventive Index

• Please Understand Me (PUM)

• Caliper

• Enneagram of Personality

• etc

These instruments are character, personality, or behavioral instruments; they do not determine temperament, which is determined at conception.

Only Worley's ID Profile (WIDP) determines your temperament.

Worley's ID Profile (WIDP) is the most reliable and innovative temperament profile of the twenty-first century.
