Amber Flick

Amber Flick is a lifetime resident of North Carolina with an interest in animals, art and reading since childhood. While attending college at North Carolina State University pursuing an Animal Science degree, she worked with and around animals in multiple capacities. After graduating in 2010, Amber went on to pursue her love of art and crafting by working in a major craft retailer for the next ten years. In 2020, Amber left retail to pursue a new dream of writing and creating art. Publishing her first children's book "I Wish I Had A Dragon" in February, Amber is working on other titles and has also produced cover art for two other publications. When she's not writing, illustrating or working on an art commission, Amber loves to read, create art for herself, watch movies with her husband and play with her cats, Onyx, Snickers and Sabrina.
