Bruce Ball

Bruce Ball had his first short story published in a grade school newspaper when he was in the 8th grade. From that time on, he has wanted to write stories.

During those long years since grade school, Bruce has kept very busy. He was the star of his own television program, ‘The Bruce Ball Art Group's – Artist in You”, in which he taught viewers how to paint different landscape scenes on canvas with oil paints. That program aired from 1981-1984.

After retiring from a career with the federal government, he began another career as a pastor of churches. He and his wife, Diana, spent many years traveling to different states where they started new churches in some areas and pastored existing churches in other areas.

Finally, in 2016, they relocated one more time, back to the Sonoran deserts of southern Arizona, where they are originally from, and where they continue living today. They spend their time being involved in the church they attend while still having much time to spend with their children and grandchildren.

He plans to continue writing, just as he has dreamed of doing for so many years. He encourages you, as a reader, to start writing your own stories that are lurking somewhere in the back recesses of your mind, too. Remember, each of us have stories, and we never know what we will accomplish until we try to share those stories so others can enjoy them, too.
