Joyce Russell

Joyce Russell is a 30+ year leader with The Adecco Group and she headed the largest business unit of Adecco Group North America. She is President of the Adecco Group US Foundation, committed to upskilling and reskilling American workers through innovative programs that accelerate economic mobility, career progression, and work equality.

She is a panelist and participant at the World Economic Forum in Davos and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summits. She is on the Board of Directors of the American Staffing Association and Dress for Success International. Joyce is a former board member of the Committee of 200 (C200), a top women’s business organization that advances women’s leadership in business, and she is a recipient of C200’s Luminary Award for Corporate Innovation. Joyce is a founding member of Paradigm for Parity and a member of the International Women’s Forum and Women Corporate Directors.
