Nathan Cook

A graduate of Asbury Seminary, Nathan is a co-founder of Christ Community Church, a network of house churches serving inner city neighborhoods in Memphis, TN. With a dual commitment to serving the poor and reaching the nations for Christ, Christ Community Church equips people to serve as missionaries across the globe. For 15 years Nathan worked in health care, training medical students and residents to integrate their Christian faith with the practice of medicine. In 2017, Nathan and his wife Kim started Bridgetown Ventures, a nonprofit organization focused on introducing people to Jesus while helping communities out of poverty. Storm the Gates is Nathan's first book, a primer on how to love the poor while making disciples of all nations.
