Dr. Samuel Asare

Samuel Asare is a Ghanaian born Engineering professional currently living in Australia. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and MS in Polymer Science degrees, from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi Ghana, and the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg in Germany, respectively. Samuel earned his PhD degree from Queen Mary, University of London in 2014.

His work in the Australian mining industry, as a process engineer, gave him the opportunity to experience the use of data analysis as a tool for improving operations, and for driving business decision making. Samuel is of the view that analytics, when properly applied, can provide a business with an edge over the competition.

He is currently focused on supporting businesses with their data analysis needs, through consulting, as well as training future generations of data scientists/analysts through writing and delivery of training courses. Samuel is happily married and blessed with two beautiful children.
