M M Reid

A lover of all things lighthearted, M M Reid sits astride the fence of taking things too seriously and seeing the funny side of life, even when others can't. He enjoys wordplay, but not to the point of a bad 'dad joke', and his own sense of humour is very literal.

When he’s not working, M M Reid enjoys drumming, singing, remembering what it was like to be able to play guitar and write songs before that pivotal ‘now-twenty-year-long hiatus’. Listening to music is his favourite way to pass the time, and he quite enjoys collecting vintage games consoles.

He lives with his family—his partner, two kids, a normal cat, and a cat who believes he’s a dog—in a sleepy village in Scotland. Perhaps they’ll all wake up once he stops spiking the local water supply.
